Privacy Policy

The data controller for the ZadarX platform is the entity operating the platform and determining the purposes and means of personal-data processing. Privacy inquiries may be sent to info@zadarx.com.

Where an advertiser, agency or other third party independently contacts a user after receiving an inquiry, that party may act as a separate controller for subsequent communication and its own business processes.

We may process identification and contact data such as name, email address, telephone number, user type, agency name, inquiry content and data required for a user account. For listings, we process data submitted by the advertiser, including property description, controlled location, photographs and communication details.

Technical data may include IP address, device and browser information, session data, security logs, basic visit analytics and cookies required for the operation of the platform.

Data is processed to provide the service, manage user accounts, publish and administer listings, send inquiries to advertisers, prevent abuse, secure the system and respond to user requests.

Legal bases may include performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest in security and administration of the platform, legal obligations and consent for optional processing where required.

Data may be shared with technical service providers that enable hosting, database services, authentication, image storage, email delivery, security and analytics. These providers process data according to instructions and only to the extent necessary for the platform to operate.

Data submitted through a contact form is forwarded to the relevant advertiser so that they can respond to the inquiry. ZadarX does not sell users' personal data to third parties.

Account data is retained while the account is active or while there is a justified need for administration, security or compliance with legal obligations. Listing-related data is retained during the lifetime of the listing and for a reasonable period after archiving for records and abuse prevention.

Technical records and security logs are retained for a limited period according to the need to protect the system, diagnose issues and evidence possible abuse.

Users may request access to their data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability, to the extent such rights apply under data-protection law.

Requests may be sent to info@zadarx.com. If a user considers that processing is contrary to data-protection rules, they may also contact the competent supervisory authority.

ZadarX applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse and unauthorised alteration. No online system can guarantee complete security, but risks are reduced through access control, encrypted transmission and limited data availability.

Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and devices. Use of a strong password and avoiding disclosure of access details to third parties is recommended.
