Terms of Service

ZadarX is a digital marketplace specialised in real estate and land in Zadar and Zadar County. The platform enables publication, browsing and search of listings, and connects interested users with advertisers.

ZadarX is not a party to any sale, lease or other legal transaction between users. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the platform does not act as a licensed real-estate agent, does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a transaction will be concluded.

Users must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering, submitting a listing or communicating through the platform. Use of another person’s identity, false contact details or misleading information is prohibited.

Users are responsible for the security of their account, password and all activity performed through the account. If unauthorised access is suspected, the user should change access details without delay and notify support.

The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all listing information, including location, property category, area, price, photographs, description, ownership status and other material details. The main listing location is selected from a controlled Zadar County location list, while the address may remain private.

Fake listings, listings submitted without the authority of the owner or right-holder, discriminatory content, malicious links, third-party photographs without permission and content that breaches law or third-party rights are prohibited.

ZadarX may review a listing before publication, request changes, reject publication or remove a listing where there is reason to believe that information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unlawful or contrary to these terms.

Administrative review does not constitute legal, technical, cadastral, land-registry or planning verification of the property. Buyers and tenants must independently check documentation, title deed, cadastre, spatial plan, permits and other conditions before entering into any transaction.

Users may send inquiries to advertisers through the platform. The inquiry must be lawful, respectful and related to the relevant listing. Misuse of contact forms, mass messaging, unsolicited promotion and collection of personal data contrary to the purpose of the platform are prohibited.

ZadarX is not responsible for negotiations, agreements, payments, deposits, reservations, handover of property or other actions carried out by users outside the platform. Each user enters into arrangements at their own responsibility.

The platform design, page structure, source code, texts, marks, databases and other elements are protected by intellectual-property rights. Copying, mass extraction, scraping or reuse of content without written permission is not permitted.

The advertiser retains rights in the content they upload, while granting the platform a non-exclusive right to display, technically process, adapt and distribute that content for the purpose of publishing the listing and operating the service.

ZadarX may amend these terms to reflect changes in law, technical development of the platform or changes in the business model. The current version is always available on this page.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a user does not accept the changes, they should stop using the platform.
